"The jungle is not for sale, the jungle is to be defended," was the cry of a group of over 200 youths in front of the Congress of the Republic during the national march on March 6th. They demanded that lawmakers repeal Law 31973, a law that jeopardizes the country's biodiversity, the security of indigenous peoples, and the livelihoods of family farmers.
